3 Delicious Fruit Infused Water Recipes

Autumn Fruit and Cinnamon Infused Water

You will need:

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 plum, thinly sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in your pitcher, no filter, with ice water.
  2. Keep in refrigerator and continue to add more water as needed.
  3. Infused water will last a couple of days.

 

Multi-Color Citrus Infused Water

You will need:

  • one blood orange
  • one satsuma, mandarin or clementine
  • one lemon
  • one lime

Method:

  1. Wash and slice the citrus fruits.
  2. Layer the slices in your pitcher, you won’t need the filter. Pour cold water on top.
  3. Store in the refrigerator. The flavor will get stronger after a few hours. You can replenish the water throughout the day.

Pomegranate, Grapefruit and Mint Infused Water

You will need:

  • one pomegranate
  • one grapefruit
  • handful of mint leaves

Method

  1. Slice pomegranate in half, turn inside out to remove seeds, drop into pitcher (no filter required).
  2. Thinly slice the grapefruit, add to pitcher.
  3. Pour water over and place in refrigerator.
  4. Replenish water throughout the day.
