Cold Brew Irish Coffee

Looks as good as it tastes! Now you can enjoy this classic in the comfort of your own home.

  • 4 teaspoons demerara or turbinado sugar
  • 3oz Irish or Canadian whiskey
  • 6oz Original Cold Brew Coffee
  • 6oz water
  • 3oz heavy cream
  1. Place the sugar, whiskey, Original Cold Brew Coffee, and water in a small saucepan and stir to combine. Set over low heat and stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling – about 5 minutes
  2. Place the cream in a bowl and whisk until the cream thickens – about 2 minutes
  3. Transfer the hot coffee mixture to two heatproof glasses; carefully pour the whisked cream on top over the back of a spoon. Serve immediately
