4 teaspoons demerara or turbinado sugar
3oz Irish or Canadian whiskey
6oz Original Cold Brew Coffee
6oz water
3oz heavy cream
Place the sugar, whiskey, Original Cold Brew Coffee, and water in a small saucepan and stir to combine. Set over low heat and stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling – about 5 minutes
Place the cream in a bowl and whisk until the cream thickens – about 2 minutes
Transfer the hot coffee mixture to two heatproof glasses; carefully pour the whisked cream on top over the back of a spoon. Serve immediately
